Terms of Service

These terms apply when you use the Little Wild Jersey website, booking tools or connected messaging channels. By using the service, you agree to use it lawfully and provide accurate information.
Bookings and availability
Availability shown through the booking flow may depend on staff, vehicles, equipment, travel, setup, pack-down and other operational requirements. A booking is not confirmed until the booking flow states that it is confirmed and any required payment has been recorded.
Payments
The booking flow shows the amount due before you confirm payment. Your booking details will show the payment status and any remaining balance.
Cancellations and rescheduling
You can request a cancellation or a new date through the Manage Booking page. Requests do not change or release a booking until Little Wild Jersey confirms them. If you cancel within 14 days of the party, payments already made are non-refundable. Earlier cancellation requests will be reviewed individually. Rescheduling is subject to genuine operational availability, including staff, vehicles, equipment, travel and setup time; where a new date is approved, payments already made can be transferred to the replacement booking.
Messaging
Facebook and Instagram messages may be processed automatically to identify booking enquiries and provide a relevant next step. Customers remain free to contact Little Wild Jersey directly for help.
Acceptable use
You must not misuse the website, attempt to interfere with its operation, submit unlawful content, or use automated means to abuse booking, messaging or availability systems.
Changes
We may update these terms as the service changes. The effective date at the top of this page shows the latest published version.
