Little Wild Jersey provides soft play, party setups and celebration services in Jersey, Channel Islands. This policy explains how we handle personal information when you contact us, check a date, make a booking, or message us through connected channels such as Facebook Messenger or Instagram.
Information we collect
We may collect your name, email address, phone number, party date, venue details, booking preferences, child's first name and age, message content, and technical information needed to operate the website and booking service. When you message us through Facebook or Instagram, we may also receive the account identifier and message content supplied by Meta for that conversation.
How we use information
We use this information to respond to enquiries, check availability, manage bookings and payments, coordinate staff, vehicles and equipment, send booking reminders, provide customer support, and maintain the security and reliability of the service. We do not sell personal information.
Connected messaging services
If you contact Little Wild Jersey through Facebook Messenger or Instagram, your message may be processed through Meta's platform and our booking system so we can respond and, where appropriate, help you continue a booking enquiry. Meta's own privacy terms also apply to information processed by Meta.
Sharing and service providers
We only share information with service providers where necessary to run Little Wild Jersey, such as website hosting, database infrastructure, email delivery and connected messaging providers. We require service providers to handle information only for the services they provide.
Retention
We keep personal information only for as long as reasonably necessary for enquiries, bookings, record-keeping, legal obligations and service security.
Your choices and rights
You can ask us to correct or delete personal information we hold about you, subject to any information we need to retain for legal or operational reasons. You can also ask how your information has been used.
